Job Duty

  • Provide administrative and office management support to all members of the team
  • Perform full cycle general bookkeeping duties including accounts payable, accounts receivable, month end accruals and bank reconciliations
  • Filing, photocopying, and other clerical duties
  • Tracking and reconciling monthly rental payments for a 100 unit building

Background Qualification

  • Bookkeeping: 1 year (Required)
  • General Accounting: 1 year (Required)
  • Payroll: 1 year (Preferred)

Soft Skill Qualification: 

  • Have excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Experience in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and Dropbox
  • Have a friendly, polite, and professional demeanor
  • Ability to accurately enter data
  • Exposure to property management software Yardi
